How do I set up admin permissions?

Pro allows one admin; Business and above allow multiple admins. Starter is individual-only and has no admin concept.

What admins can do

  • Invite / remove members

  • View credit usage history (all members on Business+)

  • View activity history (Business+)

  • Manage billing info

  • Export org member CSV (Enterprise only)

How to set up admins (Business+)

  1. Sign in as an admin

  2. Go to Settings > Team / Members

  3. Select the member to promote

  4. Set their role to Admin

Common follow-up questions

What happens if the admin leaves?
The workspace remains intact. You can promote another admin, or request an admin transfer through your account manager.
