Can I add Dashboard to my Starter or Pro plan?

No — Dashboard is a Business plan add-on and isn't available on Starter or Pro. To use Dashboard, upgrade to the Business plan and add Dashboard during your discovery call.

Why Dashboard is Business-only

Dashboard requires customer-specific setup, configuration, and onboarding — all coordinated by your account manager. Because of this, it's bundled with the Business plan rather than offered self-serve:

  • Customer-specific data scope setup (channels, categories, markets)

  • Dashboard uses separate credentials (OTP + password)

  • Multi-device login and admin-level visibility

  • AM-led training on the interface

Self-serve Starter and Pro plans don't include AM coordination, so Dashboard isn't available at those tiers.

How to upgrade

If you're on Starter or Pro and want Dashboard:

  1. Request a discovery call through the website, support chatbot, or by emailing [email protected]

  2. Discovery call: scope your team's needs and confirm Business plan fit, including whether to add Dashboard

  3. Business plan setup: your assigned account manager configures the Business workspace and Dashboard add-on

  4. Dashboard access is provisioned after setup

Note: Dashboard is a separate add-on within Business — not automatically included. Pricing for the add-on is discussed during the discovery call.

Can I try Dashboard before subscribing?
