Trendier may update the Terms over time. Significant changes are communicated in advance, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
How agreement is formed
You enter into a service agreement with Trendier when:
You sign up by providing required information (typically email)
You agree to the Terms (during sign-up or by continuing to use the service)
If you're using Trendier on behalf of a company or organization, you must have authority to agree to the Terms on its behalf.
