Can I use Signal on Starter or Pro?
No — Signal is a Business plan feature. See "What is the Business plan?" for the full Business tier breakdown.
Can I change the topics Signal monitors?
Yes — contact your account manager to update tracked categories, markets, or keywords. Changes take effect from the next weekly issue.
Can I get real-time alerts on trend shifts?
Real-time alerts aren't currently supported, but they're being considered for future updates. Today, Signal is a scheduled weekly newsletter.
Can Signal go to multiple team members?
Yes. Multiple recipients can be configured by your AM. Newsletters go to everyone simultaneously each week.
How do I use the Strategy Design Prompts?
Each Signal entry includes one or more pre-built AI Chat prompts. Click into AI Chat, paste the prompt, and run it to get a deeper analysis on your specific market context.
