Who can get a quote

Quotes are issued for the Business plan only. Starter and Pro are self-serve with standard pricing — no quote needed. For Business pricing, the quote process starts with a discovery call to confirm your team's scope.

How to request a quote

For prospective Business customers:

  1. Request a discovery call via the website or email [email protected]

  2. Scope your team's needs with the sales team during the call

  3. AM issues the quote and sends it by email

For existing Business customers (renewals, add-ons, upgrades):

  1. Submit a quote request to your account manager

  2. Confirm plan changes, seat count, and billing cycle

  3. AM issues the updated quote

What's included in the quote

  • Plan and included seats

  • Monthly or annual upfront pricing

  • Negotiated terms (annual upfront bonus credits, multi-year arrangements, etc.)

  • Optional product add-ons (Dashboard)

  • Recipient info (company name, Business Registration Number, etc.)

Common follow-up questions

Will a tax invoice be issued automatically after the quote?
No — tax invoices are issued separately after payment. Send your business registration certificate and bank account details to your AM, and the admin team will issue it.

Can I request a quote in Korean won?
Quotes can be issued in both USD (Stripe) or KRW (bank transfer). If you prefer bank transfer, please reach out to [email protected]

Can the quote be issued to a different recipient than the buyer?
Yes — let your AM know during the request and they'll format the quote for your procurement workflow.

How long is a quote valid?
Quotes are typically valid for 15 days from issue. Reach out to your AM if you need an extension.
