How do I sign up?

Sign up free at library.trendier.ai with your email — login uses a one-time code, no password. Signup creates your account; paid subscription unlocks AI Chat, Generator, and full Library access.

Signup steps

  1. Go to library.trendier.ai

  2. Enter your work email

  3. Enter the one-time code (OTP) sent to your inbox

  4. Complete your profile (company name, role)

No password is needed. Each login uses a new OTP.

What signup unlocks

Signup itself is free and gives you access to:

  • Newsletter subscription

  • A curated selection of Library content (limited access)

To use AI Chat, Generator, and full Library access, choose a paid plan.

Business

Through your account manager (after a discovery call)

Starter and Pro accept Stripe card payment. Business plans support card or bank transfer with annual upfront billing.

Documents

No documents are required for signup or Stripe card payment. For bank transfer or Korean tax invoice issuance, your account manager will request:

  • Business registration certificate

  • Bank book copy

  • Tax invoice recipient details (name, email)

Foreign entities use the Stripe receipt automatically issued after card payment — Korean tax invoices require a Korean business number.

After a Business trial

Trials don't auto-convert. After the trial, you can:

  • Self-subscribe to Starter, Pro, or Business at the pricing page

  • Move to team billing through your account manager (for quotes, tax invoices, or annual contracts)

Your account manager reaches out before the trial ends to confirm direction.

Common follow-up questions

Can I sign up with a personal email?
Yes. Work emails are recommended for team workspace features but personal emails work too.

Does Dashboard use the same login?
No. Dashboard uses separate credentials and supports both OTP and password login. Business subscribers with Dashboard receive credentials from their account manager.

Can I start individually and convert to a team account later?
Yes. Your account manager can migrate your workspace to team billing and consolidate subscriptions.
