I forgot my password

Trendier products use OTP-based login. Dashboard additionally supports password login — changes are handled via your account manager. If you forgot your Dashboard password, you can also just use OTP login instead.

If you use Library, AI Chat, Generator, Signal, or AI Agent

There's no password to remember. Login uses a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email each time. See "How do I log in to Trendier?" for the login flow.

If you use Dashboard

Dashboard supports both OTP and password login. If you forgot your Dashboard password, you have two options:

  • Use OTP login instead: Log in with the same one-time code method as other Trendier products.

  • Reset your password: Contact your account manager with your current email and the new password you'd like to set. They'll update it directly.

Self-serve password reset isn't currently supported, but it's being considered for future updates.


Common follow-up questions

Why can't I reset Dashboard password myself?
Dashboard's password system is managed through account managers. Self-serve reset isn't currently supported, though it's being considered for future updates. As a workaround, you can use OTP login on Dashboard instead.

Can I change my Dashboard password after logging in?
Self-change isn't available in the Dashboard interface at this time; it's being considered for future updates. To change your password, contact your account manager with your current email and the new password you'd like.

I'm not sure which product I'm trying to log in to
If you log in at library.trendier.ai, you're using OTP login. If you've been issued separate Dashboard credentials by your account manager, that's Dashboard — which supports both OTP and password options.
