How do I switch from annual to monthly billing?

Cancel your current annual subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. On that date, resubscribe to a monthly plan via the Pricing Page.

Step-by-step process

  1. Cancel your annual subscription

    • Go to Profile > Account Settings > Billing

    • Open the Stripe Customer Portal

    • Click Cancel subscription

    • Your subscription stops auto-renewing, but access continues until the end of the current paid period

  2. Wait for the billing cycle to end

    • Check your current period end date in Account Settings > Membership

    • All features and credits remain fully available during this time

  3. Resubscribe on a monthly plan

    • On or after the expiration date, go to the Pricing Page

    • Select the monthly billing option for your desired plan

    • Complete payment via Stripe

If you're within the 72-hour window and haven't used any credits, you can request a full refund through your account manager and switch to monthly immediately.

What does NOT happen

  • Cancellation does not trigger an automatic refund

  • Cancellation does not end your access immediately — you keep full access until the paid period ends

  • There is no mid-cycle plan switch — you must wait for the current period to expire before resubscribing monthly

Can I switch from monthly to annual?

Yes — cancel your monthly subscription at the end of the current month, then resubscribe on an annual plan via the Pricing Page.

What if I want to downgrade from Business to Pro?

Same process: cancel, wait for the cycle to end, resubscribe on the new plan.

Can I change my card during this process?

Yes — update your card in Account Settings > Billing > Stripe Customer Portal at any time.
