Can I change my email?

Account email changes can't be done self-serve. Sign up with your new email first, then request the transfer — Business customers contact their account manager, Starter and Pro customers email [email protected].

Process

  1. Sign up with your new email at library.trendier.ai (OTP signup). Doing this first makes the transfer faster.

  2. Request the transfer:

    • Business customers: contact your account manager

    • Starter / Pro customers: email [email protected]

  3. We verify your identity and process the transfer.

  4. Your subscription, workspace permissions, and usage history move to the new account.

  5. From that point on, OTP login uses the new email.

What gets transferred

  • Subscription and plan

  • Workspace permissions and team access

  • Usage history and saved content

Newsletter subscriptions are managed separately — note this in your request if you also want them updated.

Common follow-up questions

How long does the change take?
Typically processed within the same business day after identity verification.

Can I change my email if I no longer have access to the old one?
Yes. Your account manager (Business) or [email protected] (Starter/Pro) will guide you through additional identity verification.

What if my work email is about to expire?
Reach out in advance, before you lose access to the old email. This makes verification simpler.

Can our team change all email addresses at once?
Business plan admins can request a bulk domain migration through their account manager.

Are OTPs at the old email still valid after the change?
No. Once the change is processed, OTP delivery to the old email stops immediately.

Will self-serve email change be available?
We're considering it for future updates. For now, the transfer is processed manually to ensure smooth identity verification and data continuity.
