Can I change my email?

You can't change your account email yourself. First sign up with the new email, then ask your account manager to transfer your existing subscription to the new account.

Process

  1. (Prep) Sign up with the new email first β€” go to library.trendier.ai and complete OTP signup with the new address.

  2. Submit a change request to your account manager (include current email + new email + confirmation that you've signed up with the new email)

  3. AM transfers subscription, workspace permissions, and usage history to the new account

  4. New email receives OTP code β†’ log in

What gets affected

  • The new email applies to both login and OTP delivery

  • Workspace permissions, subscription info, and usage history are preserved

  • Newsletter subscription is managed separately

Special cases

Work email expiring: Contact your AM in advance. Once you lose access to the old email, identity verification gets more complicated.

Bulk company domain migration: Business and above admins can request a bulk migration through their account manager.
