3. AM transfers subscription, workspace permissions, and usage history to the new account
4. New email receives OTP code → log in

The new email applies to both login and OTP delivery

Workspace permissions, subscription info, and usage history are preserved

Newsletter subscription is managed separately

Work email expiring: Contact your AM in advance. Once you lose access to the old email, identity verification gets more complicated.

Bulk company domain migration: Business and above admins can request a bulk migration through their account manager.

Can I change my email if I no longer have access to the old one? Yes. Your AM will guide you through additional identity verification.

How long does the change take? Typically processed within the same business day after AM verification.
