How do I delete my account?

Short answer: You can delete your account directly from your Library settings — no need to contact support.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Log in to library.trendier.ai

  2. Click on account settings in the top-right corner

  3. Navigate to the Account tab

  4. Click Delete Account at the bottom-right of the page

  5. Confirm the deletion

Before You Delete

⚠️ Deleting your account will permanently remove all of the following. This action cannot be undone.

  • Saved AI Chat conversation history

  • Reports generated via Generator

  • Remaining credits

  • Workspace settings and member information

Canceling your subscription and deleting your account are two separate actions. If you only want to stop being billed, refer to the article: How do I cancel my subscription?

For Team Plan Users

Only the workspace admin can delete member accounts within a team workspace. Individual members can only delete their own account.

Can I sign up again with the same email after deleting?

Yes, you can re-register with the same email address. However, your previous data will not be recoverable.

Can I delete my account while my subscription is still active?

Yes. If you'd like to cancel your subscription and delete your account at the same time, both can be handled together — just proceed through settings or reach out to [email protected].

How do I confirm that my account has been deleted?

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address once the deletion is processed.
