Customer Data ownership
Under Trendier's Terms of Service:
You retain all rights, title, and interest in the Customer Data you upload or input
Trendier holds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and process Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services
This means Trendier can store your data to deliver the product, run analyses, and improve service quality — but cannot resell or repurpose your data outside that scope.
AI output ownership
You also own AI-generated outputs from Trendier — subject to compliance with the Terms. Trendier does not claim ownership over the analyses, reports, or content generated through your use of the service.

Yes — you own the outputs generated for you. Use them within the licensed scope of your subscription.
Can I get my Customer Data back if I cancel?
Yes — contact [email protected] or your AM to request data export or deletion before account closure.
What happens to my Customer Data if I delete my account?
Trendier will delete related information and data upon agreement termination.
