How do I cancel my subscription?

Self-serve subscriptions can be cancelled from Account Settings > Billing. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — you keep full access through the end of your current billing cycle.

How to cancel (Stripe subscribers)

  1. Click your profile icon (top right)

  2. Open Account Settings > Billing

  3. Open the Stripe customer page

  4. Click Cancel subscription

Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current month, no refund for the current month

Annual

Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the annual period (could be up to 12 months remaining), no partial refund for unused months

For both types, you can use the service in full until the period ends.

Business annual contracts

Business plan annual contracts are managed through your account manager. To cancel an annual contract or change renewal terms, contact your AM directly.

Cancellation vs refund

  • Cancellation stops auto-renewal — your access continues through the current cycle, but no further charges occur

  • Refund returns money already paid — this is a separate request

If you subscribed before January 2026 (Toss)

In January 2026, Trendier migrated billing from Toss to Stripe. If you originally subscribed via Toss, your subscription will not auto-renew and no further charges will be processed. To check your remaining period, go to Account Settings > Membership > Current Period. After expiration, you can resubscribe through the new Stripe billing system.

Can I resubscribe later?
Yes — you can resubscribe with the same account anytime through the pricing page.

What happens to my remaining credits?
Credits stay usable through the end of your current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, credits enter a one-month grace period — visible but unusable. They reactivate if you renew within that window; otherwise they expire.

Will I lose my saved analyses and workspace data?
Cancellation stops billing but doesn't delete your account. Saved analyses, usage history, and workspace data remain accessible. For full data removal, see "How do I delete my account?"

Can I cancel my annual plan and switch to monthly mid-contract?
Mid-contract switching isn't supported. You can cancel the annual plan (access continues until the period ends), then subscribe monthly after. See "How do I change my plan from monthly to annual?"
