Options when you need more credits
1. Wait for automatic refill
Credits replenish on your billing date.
Monthly billing: same date each month
Annual upfront: all credits issued at the start of the contract
2. Upgrade your plan
For sustained higher usage, upgrading is the most direct path.

3. Switch to annual upfront
All plans receive 2 months of bonus credits with annual upfront billing. Total yearly credits:
Starter: 700
Pro: 2,800
Business: custom — bonus scales per contract

Common follow-up questions
When does a plan change take effect?
Upgrades apply immediately. The price difference is settled at the next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle — reach out to your AM for details.
Do bonus or upgrade credits also expire?
Yes. All credits follow the same expiration policy (1-month grace period after the billing cycle ends). See "Do unused credits roll over to the next month?" for the full rollover details.
Can I purchase additional credits as a one-time top-up?
One-time credit top-ups aren't currently supported, but they're being considered for future updates. For short-term increased usage, plan upgrade (effective immediately) or annual upfront switch are the current options.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Standard refund policy applies. Reach out to your AM for case-by-case review.
