How charges are calculated

Credits are consumed based on three factors:

Factor

What it means

Input / output volume

Length of your question and the AI's response (AI Chat / AI Agent)

Data scope

Volume of data the query touches — channel count, category range, time range

Processing complexity

Difficulty of the query itself — simple lookup vs. multi-channel comparison vs. complex analysis

Lighter queries — single channel, single category, simple lookup — cost less. Heavier queries — multi-channel comparison, time-series analysis, broad data scope — cost more.

Generator charges

Generator credits are charged per report. The amount depends on the analysis type (Keyword, Brand, Category, Price, URLs → Product, URLs → Excel) and the complexity of the parameters you select. Your account manager can confirm typical costs for each analysis type.

How to check actual consumption

You can see exactly how many credits each AI Chat answer consumed inside the conversation itself. This helps you understand your own usage patterns and predict future cost.

Common follow-up questions

Are credits charged more for longer conversations?
It's not the conversation length itself — it's the input and output volume plus data scope of each query. Questions that require longer answers consume more credits.

Are longer Generator reports more expensive?
Yes. Charges scale with data scope (category, channel, time range) and the analytical complexity of the report.

My credits seem to run out quickly. How do I check?
Inside the AI Chat conversation, you can see actual credits consumed per answer. If you suspect a mis-charge or system error, contact your account manager.

Can I estimate how many queries my plan supports?
Because credit usage varies by query, exact counts aren't guaranteed. Your account manager can help you size a plan based on typical usage patterns.
