At your next billing cycle, you'll be charged the annual amount instead of the monthly amount. After that, you won't see any monthly charges until the annual period ends.

You keep using the service uninterrupted throughout the switch.

Annual subscriptions can't be converted directly to monthly mid-contract. The process is:

Your credit balance and bonus credits from the annual period remain usable until the contract ends (plus the 1-month grace period). See "Do unused credits roll over to the next month?" for the rollover policy.

Do I lose my current month's credits when I switch?
No. Credits from your current monthly period remain available until they would have normally expired. New annual credits are added at the next billing cycle.
​Can I switch back to monthly after going annual?
Yes — cancel the annual subscription and re-subscribe monthly after the annual period ends. Mid-contract conversions aren't supported.
​Will my plan tier change automatically when I switch?
No — switching is between billing frequencies, not plan tiers. To change tier (e.g. Starter → Pro), see "How much do the plans cost?" and purchase the new plan.
​Can I get a refund if I switch to annual then decide to cancel?
