What this means

By becoming a Trendier customer (Starter, Pro, or Business), you authorize Trendier to:

  • List your company name and logo in customer lists

  • Reference your company in case studies, sales materials, and presentations

  • Mention your company in marketing communications

Trendier follows your brand's trademark guidelines when doing so.

Can I opt out?

If your company has brand usage restrictions (confidentiality requirements, NDAs, or internal policies against external mentions), contact your account manager during onboarding. Business plan customers can typically negotiate this as part of their contract.
For Starter and Pro customers, opt-out requests should be sent to [email protected].

What stays confidential regardless

Even with brand usage permission, Trendier does not publicly share:

  • Specific queries, prompts, or data you submit (Customer Data)

  • Internal usage patterns or credit consumption

  • Reports or analyses generated for your team

  • Pricing details of your specific contract

Common follow-up questions

Will Trendier publish a case study about us without asking?
Brand listing in general customer lists doesn't require specific approval per the Terms. Specific quotes, statistics, or detailed case studies typically involve customer review.
Can I provide brand guidelines to Trendier?
Yes — share your trademark guidelines with your AM.
What if I want my company removed from Trendier's customer list?
Contact your AM or [email protected] with the request.
