How to access AI Chat
Go to library.trendier.ai and log in with your OTP code
Click the AI Chat tab in the left sidebar
Type your question in natural language — e.g., "What are the top-selling sunscreen brands on Olive Young this month?"
AI Chat returns data-backed answers about products, brands, trends, and consumer sentiment
What AI Chat can do
Market research: category trends, brand rankings, rising products
Competitive analysis: compare brands across channels and regions
Ingredient discovery: trending actives, claim mapping
Review analysis: consumer sentiment, keyword frequency
Whitespace identification: unmet demand signals, gap analysis
Credit usage
Each AI Chat query consumes credits. The amount depends on:
Data scope — how many channels and how much data the query touches
Query complexity — simple lookups cost less, multi-step analyses cost more
Check your credit balance and usage history in Account Settings > Membership.

AI Chat vs ChatGPT / Gemini
AI Chat is not a general-purpose chatbot. It is a beauty-vertical AI built specifically for the beauty industry. Unlike ChatGPT or Gemini, it doesn't generate answers from general web knowledge — every response is grounded in actual product, review, and sales data from the beauty market.

AI Chat is currently available on the Library platform only. Dashboard has its own analytics interface.
What languages does AI Chat support?
AI Chat supports queries in Korean and English. Data is returned in the language of the source platform.
