Troubleshooting checklist
1. Check your spam folder
OTP emails are often auto-routed to spam, promotions, or trash by corporate mail systems. This is the first place to check.
2. Request domain whitelisting
If the code isn't in spam, ask your IT team to add these domains to the allowlist:
Corporate mail servers — especially Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace with strict security policies — often quarantine OTP delivery.
3. Verify the signup email
Confirm you're using the email you signed up with. Mixing up work and personal email is a common cause.
If the code was rejected
OTP codes expire after a short window and cannot be reused. Request a new code and try again.
If nothing works
Email [email protected] with:
The email address you're trying to log in with
A screenshot of the error (if available)
The approximate time of the attempt
Operations will investigate and follow up.
Common follow-up questions
Does Dashboard also use OTP?
Yes. Dashboard supports both OTP and password login. If you're using OTP on Dashboard and the code isn't arriving, the troubleshooting steps above apply.
I've received multiple codes — which one do I use?
Always use the most recent code. Earlier codes are automatically invalidated.
Codes never arrive at all, even after multiple requests
Your IT team may be blocking Trendier domains entirely. Request whitelisting across all delivery pipelines — inbox, anti-spam gateway, and spam filter.
