I forgot my password

If your OTP doesn't arrive, check spam first. If not there, ask IT to whitelist noreply@library.trendier.ai and noreply@measurecommerce.ai. Rejected codes expire fast — request a new one.

My OTP login code isn't arriving

Each account is limited to 2 devices. Different browsers, cache/cookie clears, and incognito sessions all count as new devices. Reset by emailing contact@trendier.ai.

I see a "device limit exceeded" message / how do I reset?

You can't change your account email yourself. First sign up with the new email, then ask your account manager to transfer your existing subscription to the new account.

Can I change my email?

Pro allows one admin; Business and above allow multiple admins. Starter is individual-only and has no admin concept.

How do I set up admin permissions?

On Business and above, admins can view it under Settings > Team / Members > Activity History. Pro and below do not have this feature.

Where can I see member activity history?

Short answer: You can delete your account directly from your Library settings — no need to contact support.
